Why We Are Needed:

Bridges of Hope Ministries International Inc. exists for many reasons but a major goal is to bring a source of clean water 5 to 15 miles closer to help everyone in the surrounding villages. This will help eliminate water borne diseases including:

  • Cholera
  • Malaria
  • Worms
  • Polio
Why We Need Water Wells?

Of all the major infectious diseases, waterborne diseases rate the very highest,not HIV/AIDS. Food or waterborne diseases include:
  • Bacterial Diarrhea
  • Protozoal Diarrhea
  • Hepatitis A
  • Typhoid Fevers
  • Malaria
Polio also rates high in Nigeria and affects a large percentage of the children.

Population and Education

The population of Nigeria is about 150 Million people. Unfortunately, when you check education information, you'll find little or nothing about the education in the Villages among the Ibos. This is why I'm so passionate about doing something about the education among these villagers.
